X factor auditions week 2 mary byrne & matt cardle

 Week two on the X Factor saw more singers competing for their chance to appear in the live shows, unfortuanatel it appeared that Simon Cowell was unimpressed with Dublin when he continued to give out Nos, when Louis stated that Simon had not given one yes yet, Simon replied "i havnt seen anything i like yet," not suprising when we saw 26yr old Micheal dressed as his idol errrrrm Micheal, and begun to dance and sing very badly to Jacksons hit 'Rock with you.' the crowd bagan to Boo at him very loudly befor Louis bizzarely let him sing another song also by the king of pop, unfortunately his second attempt was just as bad as the first and judges told him it was a very definate No, not taking No for a answer Micheal began to shout at the audience telling them "I'm here to stay, i'm not going anywhere," but after Judges told him he was deffinately not going through to the next round he walked off the stage, muttering about lack of love in the room.

We also saw boyband 'Temple fire' who bigged themselves up as the next Take That and telling the Judges how they had already performed giggs, but it seems these boys were all mouth and no rhythm when they broke into a eighties style dance while singing George Micheals 'jitter bug' they too walked off with four firm Nos and a Booing from the crowd.

A man dressed in a tigger costume which matched his song choice, a few good female vocalists, girl band Husstle, a band of over the top happy people who would appeal to Glee fans, also painter and decorator Matt Cardle impressed the judges when he sang 'you know i'm no good' with a very nice and unique voice, and the list goes on, but my two favourites of the night had to be 50yr old Tesco worker Mary Byrne, Mary has always loved to sing but never fullfilled her dream because of her lack of self confidence, last night saw her belting out he version of 'I Who have nothing' with which she wowed the crowd and the Judges with her beautiful and powerful voice, Mary who is now being refered to as the next Susan Boyle, really impressed Simon, who told her "You had the best voice out of anyone today," and then my second favourites, boyband 'The Reason' who sang their unique version of cheryl cole hit 'Fight for this love' their impressive harmony was a hit with the audience and they sailed through to the next round.

Last up was Annastasia Baker who we last saw on the show in 2008 where she got all the way through to Cheryls house but wasnt picked for the live show when she forgot her words and had a breakdown, it later came to light that she had just given birth to her daughter Neveah, now two, and was suffering from postnatal depression. last night Annastasia was back with a whole new look, she originaly sang a Tina Turner song but unfortunately she was copying Tina's style a bit to much and Simon stopped the song telling her it was like a bad tribute act, i have seen trannys do better. but Annastasia wasnt giving up without a fight and sang  Adeles song 'Make you feel my love' which sealed her a place in the next round, but not before Simon told her "Even though that audition was a million times better than the last one, you have got into the habit of singing like a cabaret singer."

Meanwhile X Factor are getting their fair share of bad press at the moment with Auditionee Chloe Maffia who was on BBC snog,marry Avoid to try and tone down her dress sence, and describes herself as a Chav Yummy Mummy, was booked by the sun after they found out she was a £160p.h hooker going by the name Candy, Chloe denies these claims even though The Sun has a picture of her in their hotel room wearing the same bra she uses on her escort advertising site and then photo's of her leaving the hotel, also anyone can click on the site and see Chloe's profile along with photo's of herself,  Chloe only just got through her audition in Manchester and had to be given a second chance to sing Wishing On A Star after messing it up first time. She went to boot camp at Wembley Arena - but was still willing to meet up for sex while there. Chatting online, a potential punter asked if he could visit her. But she said she was only available to meet the punter in his hotel. He asked: "Is there no way you can do incall sexy?x" She replied: "No way at all babe in Wembley at X Factor boot camp." A fellow contestant also told how she had turned up there late - and then went out partying until six in the morning. The contestant said: "She went out to party then turned up to boot camp masterclass late next day still wearing the clothes from the night before. She said she hadn't showered and told the production team she needed to change but they were desperate to keep her in one place." Although Chloe appeared on last Saturday's trailer for tonight's X Factor, bosses were unclear on when her performance would be shown. A spokesman said: "Chloe has not yet appeared on the show," they then said they had spoke to Chloe about the papers story but she denies the allegations.

X factor were recently slammed for putting Shirlena Johnson through to the next round after her bizzare rendition of Duffys hit song 'Mercy' and then sending her packing when they found out she had mental issues, people complained the show must have known she had issues before hand and just used her for entertaining purposes and show ratings.

Things are none to rosey in the Judges corner either, with Louis Walsh threatening to walk when he was once again given the groups to Mentor, and then while on a radio show he took a swipe at fellow judges Cheryl Cole and Danni Minogue by saying "They had a easy job because they were absent for most of the show." despite the fact Cheryl was seriously ill in hospital with malaria, and Danni had just given birth, and to add further fuel to the fire Louis has bought his friend Sharron Osbourne back to the show to help him mentor the groups at his home, angry Cheryl says he is only doing it to annoy Danni, and with Cheryl believing what Sharron said about Danni was totaly out of order, she is firmly sideing with her fellow judge, Cheryl says louis is just doing this to cause mischief.

Also Simon Cowell came under fire last week hen it emerged that certain contestants voices like Gamu Nhengu and Katie Waissel were digitally altered for the show, Simon says in a statement "It was totally wrong and we can't allow it to happen again. I'm mortified by what happened. The most important thing now is to ensure viewers can trust what they see on the show."

A rift seems to have developed between Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell after Simons closeness to guest judge Nicole Scherzinger, Cheryl is reportedly getting fed up of hearing things about the show from other people instead of Simon himself, and is annoyed at how well Nicole did on the show in her place, apparently Nicole is going to be assisting Simon at his home at the judge house stage, and she is also favourite to be the new judge for American x factor, the job Cheryl herself was hoping to get. Cheryl now knows how Danni Minogue felt two years ago when Simon bought Cheryl onto the judges panel.
